About the Ordering Process
 

Secure payment transactions are provided by Plimus. All information entered in the order form will be encrypted in your browser using Thawte SSL technology before it is sent over to the secure server. Safe shopping is guaranteed.

You may also choose to purchase using PayPal. This is the most convenient option if you already have established a PayPal account. PayPal is secure, reliable, and is used by thousands of businesses to handle online transactions.

Choosing Plimus vs. PayPal

You should choose which ever payment option is more convenient for you. If you already have a PayPal account, making payments using PayPal is very easy to do, and may be faster. If you choose to pay using Plimus, you must type in your contact and billing information when you place your order, which takes a little longer. You can also set up a billing account with Plimus to make future orders faster.

If you order a MegaPack using PayPal, please send us an email indicating which products you want to include in your bundle, as PayPal does not provide an option to specify this information.

After the Order

Once you have placed your order, your billing information will be verified and your credit card will be charged. You will receive an email containing instructions and login information that will allow you to access and use your software within 24 hours. This often happens in as little as just a few minutes.

Phone and Fax Orders

From the order form, choose 'Phone' or 'Fax'. You will receive a reference number, which you must provide when calling or faxing. If paying by phone, you can call the telephone numbers below with your reference number. For faxes, you will be provided with a printable order form.

Wire Transfers

From the order form, choose 'Wire Transfer' from the payment method dropdown. You will receive a reference number, along with all the information needed to complete the transfer. Additional bank fees may apply.
