Prior to contacting technical support, please login to the product update area and check that you are using the latest versions of the product. The may be a newer version of the product that already addresses the problem you are experiencing.

If you still need to contact technical support, please be sure to include the following information in your email. It will help us to identify and resolve the issue in a more timely manner.

• Windows Version (including Service Pack)
• VB Version (and Service Pack)
• CPU Brand and Model
• Which of our products are you using (name, version, and build number)?
• Is there other code/controls that may interfere with our products (subclassing, third-party controls, etc)?
• A detailed description of the problem, including steps to reproduce it.
• Any other information that you think might help us to resolve the problem.
