CPU Brand and Model
Which of our products are you using (name, version, and build
number)?
Is there other code/controls that may interfere with our
products (subclassing, third-party controls, etc)?
A detailed description of the problem, including steps to
reproduce it.
Any other information that you think might help us to resolve
